Fitbit Fail.



If you have a fitbit step counter or any other brand, you will understand this absolute moment of panic, anger, disbelief, and sheer exasperation.  


It is like a whole day it was just ruined. Whatever did we do before these devices?


I have had mine over two years and forgotten to wear it about four times. Sigh.

What do you justify and take personally?

What or whom are you trying to sabotage?

I have struggled with this post since Saturday evening.. 
I am not saying anyone specifically "hates". 

But, how many times have we looked at ourselves in the mirror and hated what we saw? 
How many times have we hated what we saw so much, that we punish ourselves by not becoming active? Physically or mentally. 
Thinking that we just wouldn't be worth it. 
Why bother. Who cares.

That the negative thoughts and chatter derailed us from working out and changing things. 
Changing our body, muscle structure, fat levels, increasing healthy brain levels, eating right and reducing the amount of toxins and metals in our system. 

How many times have we hit a drive thru, for instant comfort and fuel?

You would never ever go and add kerosene to your automobile's gas tank, because that is what you had on hand and your gas tank was approaching E. 
Why wouldn't we do it, it would be costly, catastrophic, cause the automobile to cease in it's track, no longer in any good working order. 

Then why in the world do we grab something fried, sugary, processed, fast food, eat too much of the wrong thing, ignore that little voice that says "stop ". 

Why do we put 'things' in a higher priority than our own bodies? 
You have a limited amount of time before your body says "I have had enough".

If I can say nothing else to you in social media, ever, and I simply just faded away, I would like for you to listen for the 12 minutes this video takes, and ask yourself "do I resemble any of these remarks".

This is why I do what I do. 
This is why I coach others, because everyone is worth it. 

I also believe in signs from God/the universe whatever you want to believe. And when you see the same signs that you see over and over again in unrelated instances, are screaming to get you to listen. 
I have heard several words in the same combination for seven days and this is what they are.

'Catastrophic stress', 'inflammation that kills you', 'a disease is a dis ease of the body', 'your body will work 24 hours a day to fix what you are doing to it, until it becomes too tired and no longer can function normally-this is when you get sick'. 'Most diseases can point back to a root cause of inflammation of the body'.
'You are the sum of the five people you associate with the most'. 

Everyone deserves time and attention, it does not make you a weak individual to need help. 
It might be the very thing you need to save your life, if you reached out to one person, and were transparent and honest. 
Your brain filled with negative influences, cannot be honest nor make you healthy.

There's a saying that I take to heart "garbage in garbage out." 

Please reach out to someone.

Little over a 18 months ago, I didn't love and respect myself. I couldn't get past the feeling that I wasn't enough. These past 12 months I have learned to better love, respect, accept, me. 
Me thinks I'm pretty ok. 

How? 

I was mentored in a private online group. 
I learned with daily accountability, that as much as we know that "no one is perfect", we, as women, can continually and habitually compare ourselves to others.

It is detrimental to our physical and mental well-being.

My chapter 20 will not ever be anyone else's chapter 1. I was never created to be that way. You were never created to be that either

I in turn, have become passionate with helping other women succeed in the same area. 
With a daily accountability, encouragement, empowerment, and love.

To learn to have a little self-love.

How can you be 100% all in with loving someone else, if you dislike what YOU see in the mirror. Yes, someone else does know the secret game.
So, there's a little extra fluff than there used to be, you feel like you are not worthy, and if you stand "just like this" you don't look so bad.

Do you know you need to do something but you don't know what it is you need to do, nor where to start?

Are you frustrated with the things that you've tried, but you can already feel at least 10 pounds creeping on your body. You just want to try something that will work and give you hope, excitement, and a small glimpse of the future. 

Do you need someone to give you a little bit of a push to get that done, because on your own, you wouldn't do it.
Are you are just tired?

Do you want to get your nutrition straight, feel good again on the inside?

Do you want to do a few exercises while watching what you eat to slim down and tone up, but you are not one to run off to a gym. You simply do not have time for one more thing to go and do on your schedule.

I am looking to personally mentor 5-7 women this next month, to stop the cycle, learn to love and accept what you see, striving to become a better version of you.
